And though some people will be able to catch themselves before the needs take over, other people have to go further and experiment a bit.
Sometimes satisfying our needs is indeed the best thing we can do.
But other times admitting it , can be the hardest thing we can possibly do.
Having to witness our weaknesses and our whole manipulative strategies to get what we want can be so appalling and disappointing, but it does sets us free.
For if there is a way to start getting rid of these long-term embodied behavior patterns , surely this way starts by acknowledging and being held accountable.
Do not be afraid of showing up to yourself for who you are.
Just prepare a good recipe of softness, kindness and supporting love to keep your critical and scared self quiet.
Because nothing can be met and known for what it is, until is treated with unconditional love. So the same applies to ourselves for parts and behaviors of ours that it is hard to accept.
